Return Policy

At Nuboobags, we want you to love your new bag. If something isn’t quite right, the guidelines below explain cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Cancellation & Order Changes

1.1 How to cancel or change
After placing an order, you may request a cancellation or change by emailing hello@nuboobags.com.

1.2 After packing / in transit
Once an order has been packed or is already in transit, it can no longer be canceled or changed. Please wait until delivery and then return the goods to us following the steps in Section 3.

1.3 Automated processing (24-hour window)
Our system processes orders quickly. A refund before receipt of the goods is only possible within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been packed.

1.4 Long transit safeguard (16 weeks)
Because our goods ship from Asia, delays outside our control may occur. If your order has not been received 16 weeks after the order date, an early refund can be issued upon request.

2. Returns & Refunds

2.1 Return window
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order. The cancellation/return period is 30 days from the day you (or a third party other than the carrier) take possession of the last item in your order.

2.2 Return request
Before returning, please email hello@nuboobags.com with your order number and the item(s) you intend to return.

2.3 Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return postage and handling.

2.4 Condition of returned items
Items must be unused, with all original packaging and labels intact. If a product is returned in an unsuitable or damaged condition, we may refuse the return.

2.5 Inspection & processing time
We’ll inspect returns upon arrival. Processing time may vary by order volume.

2.6 Refund method & timing
Once approved, we’ll email you a return authorization and issue a refund to your original payment method shortly after approval. We do not charge storage fees. The cancellation is complete when we receive the physical goods.

2.7 Transit times
As shipments originate from Asia, transit times can be longer. If goods are already on the way, please receive them and then initiate a return. To help us process faster, please share your dispatch/tracking confirmation.

3. Steps to Cancel or Return

Step 1 – Request the form
Email hello@nuboobags.com to request the cancellation/return form. Complete, sign, and scan it back to us.

Step 2 – Ship with tracking
Send the goods to the address below. Use a tracked service so your return can be identified and matched to your order.

Tip: Email us the courier name and tracking number so we can monitor the return and speed up your refund once received.
